The number of celebrities from Mollywood experimenting with Instagram’s exclusive feature is growing every day. Hansika Krishna was the latest among mainstream actors to start subscription content on Instagram, making headlines on social media. The feature enables subscribers to access the special or private content uploaded by the actors. Popular character actress Manju Pathrose recently uploaded a video on social media to inform her followers of her decision to start subscription content on Instagram.
“I am taking this video during the shooting of the sitcom Aliyans. Now let me tell you something. I am embarrassed to tell this as I have started the subscription feature on Instagram. Since many people misuse it, it has turned into a topic not to be addressed publicly. I came across the subscription feature on Instagram and thought why not start using it. I felt like I was entering into something inappropriate when I decided to start the subscription.
A platform that allows a wide variety of features got ruined by the actions of a very few people. For some people waiting to subscribe to my content, I am warning you that there will be no sensuous scenes as you expect. Those people need not subscribe. I consider this a place to share my life journey, my life experiences, small trips, everything that worries me, makes me happy, and so on. That's what I mean. Already two people have told me they would subscribe. Even if it is five people, I will make content,” Manju clarified.
