Bride dies of heart attack in Gujarat, younger sister marries groom

AHMEDABAD: A bride died of heart attack during her wedding celebrations at Bhavnagar in Gujarat. While the rituals were being performed, she felt dizzy and fainted. Though she was taken to a nearby hospital, the doctors there declared her dead. The doctors said she died of a heart attack.

Following the incident, the groom was married to her younger sister. The marriage was held in the temple. The marriage of Vishal was fixed with Hetal. Soon after her death, the families decided to get him married to Hetal’s younger sister. Till the function was over, the body was kept in the mortuary of the hospital.
