Modi 3.0: First budget on July 23

NEW DELHI: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the first budget of the third Modi government on July 23. The budget session of Parliament will start on July 22 and conclude on August 12. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijiju said that President Droupadi Murmu has approved the proposal for this.

Crucial bills are also likely to be introduced in the session. The first session of the 18th Lok Sabha had convened from June 24 to July 3 for the swearing-in of members, election of the Speaker and the President's address.
