'These things are natural in married life'; don't have to prove anything to anyone, says Bhavana

CHENNAI: Bhavana is an actress with a huge fan following in the Malayalam film industry. Though she has not been very active in Mollywood recently, she remains a beloved star among her fans. Now, Bhavana has opened up about her married life in front of the media. Speaking to a Tamil media outlet, she said that she doesn’t feel the need to prove anything to anyone and that arguments in married life are quite natural.

Bhavana is married to Kannada film producer Naveen, and the couple tied the knot in 2018. However, unlike other actresses, Bhavana rarely posts pictures with her husband. She stated that they are not the kind of couple who share pictures on social media every day. Bhavana also added that captions like "You are mine" along with photos seem very cringe to her.

She mentioned that whenever she shares an old picture, people immediately start commenting that it’s an old photo and assume that there’s some problem between her and her husband. Bhavana clarified that they don’t click photos together every day, and that’s her response to such comments.

She further said, "I’m not someone who shares every little thing about my life on social media. Just think about it… I spend every day with my mother or my brother. Can I keep asking them to pose for selfies every day? That’s not something we even think about. I’m not the kind of person who shares everything on social media. I’m not saying it’s wrong; it’s every individual’s personal choice. It’s just that I don’t agree with that. We are happy right now. If anything happens in the future, I will share it myself. But I don’t need to prove anything to anyone."
