Tharoor trolled on social media for sharing a pic on 'Kathakali'

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor MP is an active presence on social media. He uses social media platforms to share not only politics but also things he finds interesting. Such a tweet by Tharoor is being trolled widely now.

Tweeting a humorous message he received on Whatsapp, Tharoor said he could not resist sharing. The picture was that of Odissi dancers which is reminiscent of slip fielding cricket. The pic is captioned 'Kathakali dancers are doing steps that look like three slips and a gully'.

Following this, comments poured in trolling the MP that he does not know anything about dance. Many people also shared pictures of Kathakali below Tharoor's post.

"You are from Kerala and do not know how about Kathakali", a comment said. Another person commented that Tharoor should set aside some time for artforms in Kerala.
