Protest against CM inside flight: Third accused submits anticipatory bail plea in High Court

KOCHI: Kannur native Sujith Narayanan, the third accused in the in-flight protest case has filed an anticipatory bail plea in the High Court. In his petition, Sujith stated that he had not attacked the CM and that his name was wrongly added to the list of accused by the police. He also informed the court that he travelled to Thiruvananthapuram for a personal matter.

The other accused in the case, Farseen Majeed and Naveen Kumar, had filed a bail petition in the high court. In their petition, they alleged that the attempted murder case was a fabricated one. They added that they never touched the CM or went near him.
