NEW DELHI: Chairing a meeting of leaders from different parties, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that the G20 presidency is a great opportunity to show the strength of the nation to the world. The all-party meeting held on Monday was attended by prominent leaders of Indian politics.

BJP National President JP Nadda, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Trinamool Congress Leader Mamata Banerjee, BJD President Naveen Patnaik, AAP Leader Arvind Kejriwal, YSR Congress Leader Jagan Mohan Reddy, CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu, DMK leader MK Stalin, Kerala Congress M leader Jose K Mani, former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, S Jaishankar, Piyush Goyal, Prahlad Joshi and Bhupender Yadav attended the meeting. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman briefed on the key priorities of the G20 in the meeting.

Modi pointed out that the G20 chairmanship will open the way for more possibilities and opportunities. Modi said many visitors will arrive in the country as part of various year-long programs in conjunction with the G20 summit, which will help promote tourism and boost the local economy.
