THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP leader in charge of Kerala and former Union Minister, Prakash Javadekar, said that one in six persons in the state is a beneficiary of the central governmental welfare policies. He said that he would conduct a house visit of all those beneficiaries as they have respect to Narendra Modi.

The mega house visit campaign to interact with the beneficiaries will be from 12 - 31 of this month. The move comes after the central government extended the scheme of giving 5 kg rice free ration to one more year.

The central government is giving free rations to 1.52 crore people in Kerala. Modi government is implementing this project paying Rs.4.70 lakh crores. In the house visit it would be made aware that this free ration is not given by Pinarayi government.
