Baahubali actress and Morocco's superstar Bounou in spotlight; Internet buzzing over dating rumours

Bollywood star Nora Fatehi performed in the inauguration of the FIFA World Cup and is often seen in the gallery among spectators during the Morocco football team’s matches. And now, she is in the spotlight after rumours suggested that Fatehi is dating Morocco goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.

It is not yet known whether it is just another news from the gossip factory to add spice to the tournament, but there were reports of the two meeting in Casablanca, followed by some viral selfies.

Online sleuths studied Fatehi’s social media interactions and suggested that an official confirmation regarding her dating might happen soon. During every match of Morocco, the camera would zoom into Fatehi, flaunting a Moroccan jersey from the stands, sparking discussion around the Bollywood dame on social media.

"Bono's girlfriend is prettier than his saves.” This was one among the comments that appeared on X for a photo of Fatehi in the stands wearing a Morocco jersey. Fatehi has so far attended multiple matches of Morocco in the World Cup and has become the 'No 1' supporter of the Atlas Lions on social media.

In the meantime, Yassine Bounou has turned into a superstar for the team with his heroics in the penalty shootout that saw cup favourites, the Netherlands, exit from the tournament. Bounou, who plays in the Saudi Pro League, introduced a novel trick during the penalty shootout, which helped him save a crucial penalty.

Apart from Bollywood, Nora Fatehi attained popular status for appearing in the song ‘Manohari’ featured in the award-winning Telugu movie Baahubali.
