'No anger towards her, that betrayal hurt me most'; Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi opens up

Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi revealed how she was once betrayed by the person she loved. She made this disclosure during an interview with host Ranjini Haridas. The star said that the fact that she was not someone who would easily fall for someone made the betrayal all the more painful. Aishwarya said she had placed immense trust in that person and only learned that he was cheating on her after the relationship had ended.

“When the other woman involved approached me, saying she had a story to share, I felt no anger towards her. She was not at fault. Although the matter weighed on my mind for a couple of days, I let it go. My family remained my utmost priority, so I learned to get past everything,” said Aishwarya.

The star added that she loves her parents dearly and strives to be a good daughter to them. Aishwarya said that she can't live away from her mother or family. She shares a very open and friendly relationship with her mother, though she admitted that dealing with her can sometimes be a bit challenging.

"I fully understand my mother, but it surprises me that she does not understand the things I am trying to do,” remarked Aishwarya.
