CHANDIGARH: Two Pakistani nationals who allegedly tried to cross the International Border in Tarn Taran, Punjab, were shot dead by the Border Security Force (BSF). The incident took place around noon yesterday.
BSF personnel noticed suspicious movement near Rajoke village and issued a warning. However, the two continued to move forward despite being told not to, after which the BSF opened fire.
The identities of those killed have not yet been established. Their bodies were handed over to the Punjab Police, which has started an investigation.
