‘If Shone George tries to trap me, I won’t fall for it; Is there only one Muraleedharan in BJP?’

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP leader and MLA V Muraleedharan denied that his name is in the diary of CMRL former managing director Sasidharan Kartha. Muraleedharan while addressing the press said that he is not someone who would be cornered just because Shone George tries to trap me. Is there only one Muraleedharan in the BJP?
‘Is there only one Muraleedharan in the BJP? There are other Muraleedharans also. I had staged protests against CMRL. I have not accepted any money. Find out which Muraleedharan received it,’ he said.

The documents submitted before the court by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) were released by BJP leader Shone George. Shone shared a page containing important entries from the diary seized from CMRL managing director Sasidharan Kartha. The page reportedly contains the names of several prominent LDF and UDF leaders, including Chief Minister V D Satheesan.

Shone George alleged that this was the reason no vigilance investigation was announced against Pinarayi Vijayan in the monthly payoff case.

The page released by Shone George also contains the names of Oommen Chandy, Ramesh Chennithala, Hibi Eden MP, former minister K B Ganesh Kumar, late Congress leader T M Jacob, Anwar Sadath, Johnny Nelloor, Shibu Baby John, Pinarayi Vijayan, Pannyan Raveendran, P Rajeev, V S Achuthanandan, C K Chandrappan, Elamaram Kareem, Govindan Master and S Sharma, among others.
