KC fully supports cabinet led by V D Satheesan, no dispute on any issue

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: AICC general secretary K C Venugopal fully supports the V D Satheesan ministry coming to power in Kerala. Will stand firm in party’s decision. Me and V D Satheesan are childhood friends in politics. He clarified that the Indian National Congress is the link that unites everything, no matter what the differences are. This is the first time KC meeting Satheesan after the announcement of the chief minister. He was talking to the media after meeting V D Satheesan.

VD Satheesan said that he and KC Venugopal studied in the same college and shared the same friendship during their student political days. The two met the media together after the meeting. He added that KC is the person in the highest position a person can be in the Congress.

'Organizational and constitutional matters in Kerala are done after consultation. There is no dispute on any issue. There is no issue that cannot be resolved in ten minutes. Congress has national and state level leadership that can take decisions very quickly. How quickly are the discussions in the UDF going on. The list will be submitted to the Governor tomorrow afternoon. This has not even happened to the CPM in Kerala. KC Venugopal is a person who has been able to decide ministers in many states,' said Satheesan.
