KOCHI: The investigation team has come up with a crucial movie against Dileep in the actress attack case as Pulsar Suni, the accused in the case, was questioned by the Crime Branch (CB) at the jail. He was questioned at the Ernakulam sub-jail. The new move comes as the High Court is considering Dileep's anticipatory bail tomorrow in a case of conspiracy to endanger investigating officers.

Pulsar Suni's letter and his mother's revelation had come out earlier. Pulsar Suni has named many prominent personalities in the field of Malayalam cinema as part of the revelation. Suni's letter mentioned that actor Dileep, one of the accused in the case, and some of his close friends have links with sex racket. His mother had also revealed that Suni had said that the actress was abused for Dileep.

Meanwhile, the high court had today directed Dileep to produce all that was demanded by the investigating officers. The High Court said this while considering Dileep's anticipatory bail in a case of conspiracy to endanger the investigating officers. However, Dileep said that he had produced everything that the investigating officers had said and had cooperated with the interrogation.

"Old phones are no longer used. The phone requested by the investigation team was not used at the time of the crime. Older phones are subject to forensic examination. Once the report is received, it will be submitted to the court. The conversation with Balachandra Kumar has been recorded. The phone also has a conversation with his ex-wife. It will affect my privacy if it is let out by the investigation team. I've nothing to hide", Dileep told the court.

The court said Dileep had an obligation to produce evidence. The court added that Dileep cannot say that he won't give the phone because he had conversations in it and that it is not up to Dileep to decide who should check the phone.

Meanwhile, the prosecution has filed a sub petition in the conspiracy case. The prosecution claimed that the accused did not produce the phones with malicious intent and that the accused should be given in custody. "Dileep is now using a phone he bought 46 days ago. The old phone has more than 12000 calls. In order to get the details, the old phone is necessary. If the court had not intervened, they would have found the phone themselves", the prosecution told the court.

Dileep has informed court where he has given the phone for inspection following the court's criticism.

When the court asked why not submit it before the registrar, Dileep replied that he would produce it after the arguments. The prosecution is of the view that the phones should be produced in court. The court will hear the case again tomorrow at 11 am.
