‘Rahul raping her is surprising, spoke to her till November'; Fenni Ninan

PATHANAMTHITTA: Fenni Ninan, KSU state office bearer said that he was surprised on the third rape complaint against his friend Rahul Mamkootathil. The survivor of that case had given me Rs 5,000. Fenni wrote on Facebook that when she gave the money, he had included her name and made a story on Instagram showing the number of 50 coupons.

The rape news was surprising to me. She had talked to me till November 2025. Fenni said that all the evidence related to this has been handed over to the investigating officer. The note also mentions about the second rape case against Rahul. He said that no such incident had happened and that is why he was not arrested despite being questioned.

A third rape complaint was filed against Palakkad MLA Rahul Mamkootathil and he was arrested and remanded. No one has any information about the complainant (survivor). I also don’t know about it.

Came to know from media that she is a married woman working abroad and that she had given money for a KSU programme and that she had a cordial relationship with Rahul. I paid attention to it because my name was mentioned.

I know that woman. She had given money for a programme organized by the KSU. She gave me Rs 5,000. On the day she gave the money, had made a story on Instagram, including her name and showing the number of 50 coupons she had taken.

I was surprised to know that Rahul had raped her. The reason is she was talking to me since November 2025.

All the evidence related to this was handed over to Sasthamangalam Ajith sir and his junior Shekhar sir, who have taken this case, to be produced in the court. I understand that they have given it to the court.

With the third complaint, there is a major media trial against Rahul. Knowing the truth of this, I shared it with some of the mainstream media. However, no media was ready to give it to the channel as it had things favoring Rahul. They only want things that suit their agenda and not news.

Similarly, the second complaint said the MLA brought a girl to a homestay and raped her. The complaint said the girl was brought to the homestay in the car driven by me. It is a very serious crime when heard. When that case came, I told the media that such an incident had never happened in my life, and that I doesn’t know such a girl.

I was summoned for interrogation in connection with that. I wasn't even arrested. Why wasn't I arrested when a serious allegation was levelled against me? It's certain that there was no evidence and not because the police helped me, right?

Did any media discuss it?

I am no one to say whether Rahul MLA has done anything wrong morally. I understand that he has not committed any crime against the Indian legal system.

Anyway, let the media move forward with their agenda. Let the malicious people do what they can and he blamed the P R team for it.

There is a court here. The truth will be revealed there. Those who haunted him will have to apologize to him then.
