Rajinikanth arrives in Athirappilly falls for shooting of his film ‘Jailer’

CHALAKUDY: Superstar Rajinikanth is back at Athirappilly for shooting of his upcoming Tamil film ‘Jailer’. He reached Ettyani yesterday afternoon and spent three hours as part of shooting.

Three scenes were shot here including the climax. He returned in the evening. Rajinikanth landed at Nedumbassery Airport and reached Athirappilly by car. He stayed at a nearby resort for filming. Rajinikanth plays the role of Muthuvel Pandiyan in the film directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar.

Mohanlal is playing a role in the film. Vinayakan and Ramya Krishnan are also among the cast. Rajinikanth has visited Athirappilly several times in the past for the shooting of Tamil films.
