ASI found dead in Pathanamthitta

PATHANAMTHITTA: An ASI was found dead in Pathanamthitta town on Saturday evening. Adoor Pothradu native K Santhosh (48), an ASI in the Intelligence Division, was found hanging on the terrace of the building where lawyers' offices are located near Aban Junction. It is concluded that he committed suicide due to financial issues.

Santhosh's phone had been switched off for the last two days. Santhosh arrived in Pathanamthitta on Saturday afternoon with his son. After settling his son in a nearby lodge room, Santhosh went out. He was found hanging at around 5.30 pm. It is reported that Santhosh had recently built a house and was under severe financial strain.
