Sheela, the evergreen actress of the Malayalam film industry, is celebrating her 77th birthday today. She had once dominated the Malayalam films. Sheela, the lady superstar of Malayalam, is garnering attention while talking to a media about her life experiences. She revealed that she had made her will at the age of 25.
‘I’ve written what should be done if I die. Even though I am a Christian, my body should be cremated. I’ve written in my will that my ashes should be immersed in Bharathapuzha.’
The actress has shared her grief in many interviews for not being able to lead a good married life. Sheela's husband was Tamil actor Ravichandran. Their son is actor Vishnu. Sheela and Ravichandran first acted together in J D Thottan's film 'Omana'. Sheela revealed that one question from Thottan led to their marriage.
‘Ravichandran was then seeking divorce from his wife. He has three children from that relationship. Your wife has left you and Sheela is alone, so why don't you get married to each other, asked Thottan. Sethumadhavan and M O Joseph forced us and then we got married. A son was born. He left me after that and came to know that he had another family. The moment I came to know about it, I told him that I will not live with him anymore. So, after two and a half years of marriage, we parted ways. I have conducted marriages of many, but my married life did not go well,’ Sheela said in an interview.
