Actress attack case: Court gives nod to make partial amends on the allegations against Dileep

KOCHI: Court has given nod to make partial amends on the allegations against Dileep in connection with the actress attack case. The accused had opposed making changes in the chargesheet of a case that came under the consideration of the high court. High court’s action comes in the wake of this. The prosecution’s plea to cancel Dileep’s bail was postponed to January 19th. The court also said that it will consider other related pleas on 19th.

The secret trial of the case will take place on this 21st. The sole approver in the case Vipinlal will be tried on that day. The trial was halted following the resignation of the special prosecutor expressing displeasure on the trial court. The trial o the case began with the appointment of the special prosecutor.
