No worries about DNA results coming out, will go ahead with legal action: Binoy Kodiyeri

MUMBAI: Binoy Kodiyeri, son of CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, said that he was not worried about the release of DNA test results on a Bihar native's sexual harassment complaint. Binoy said that the petition seeking quashing of the sexual harassment case against him was pending in the Bombay High Court and that he would go ahead with legal action.

Binoy's response comes as the Bombay High Court is scheduled to hear the petitioner's request for publication of DNA test results on January 4. Binoy's blood sample was collected on July 29, 2019, for DNA testing.
