Thrikkakkara: All fronts seeking votes of fourth front

kk

KOCHI: Less than a day after the announcement of the fourth front, the LDF and UDF sought the support of the Twenty20-AAP alliance. Meanwhile, the Twenty20 and Aam Aadmi Party have decided to announce their stand within two days. Both the fronts are seeking the support of the fourth front eyeing the 13,897 votes secured by Twenty20 candidate Dr Terry in the last election. The NDA also has its eye on the vote.

It was the UDF that first sought the support of the Twenty20 which publicly oppose the CPM and the LDF government. The leaders are hoping that the Twenty20 will not hold any grudge against the UDF for the allegations raised by PT Thomas. Opposition leader V.D Satheesan and KPCC president K Sudhakaran said that the Twenty20 and Aam Aadmi Party, which oppose K-Rail and murderous politics, should vote for UDF
.
Same idea, says Swaraj

Meanwhile, M Swaraj, a CPM state secretariat member and in-charge of the campaign, appealed to the fourth front to vote for the LDF. Swaraj said it was the Left that agrees with the ideas of the Aam Aadmi Party and the Twenty20. Although the Twenty20 is directly fighting the CPM, the LDF leadership believes that it can take advantage of the fact that it does not have any rift with the Aam Aadmi Party.
