'This is not rowdyism, it's Communism'; trailer of Sibi Malayil's 'Kotthu' is out

The trailer of 'Kotthu' directed by Sibi Malayil after a gap of 6 years, has come out. The film, starring Asif Ali and Roshan Mathew in lead roles, is set against the backdrop of Kannur's politics.

Asif Ali and Roshan are portraying the roles of communist party workers who are ready even to give their lives for the party. The film will hit the theatres on September 23.

'Kotthu' is produced by Ranjith and PM Sasidharan under the banner of Gold Coin Motion Picture Company. Nikhila Vimal is the heroine. The film also features an ensemble cast including Ranjith, Vijilesh, Atul, Sreelakshmi, Sreejith Ravi, Kottayam Ramesh, Dinesh Alleppey, Rahul and Sivan Sopanam.


Editor – Rathin Radhakrishnan, Cinematography – Prashant Raveendran, Background Music – Jakes Bejoy.Production Design – Prashant Madhav. Hemanth Kumar has written the story of the film.
