Sameer Thahir ISC, Paulson Skaria roped in for Allu Arjun-Basil big-budget project

Allu Arjun will next appear in the big-budget Telugu film directed by Malayali actor-director Basil Joseph. Sameer Thahir will be the cinematographer. Thahir was formerly associated with Basil Joseph in the movie Minnal Murali. The script is written by Paulson Skariya, the co-writer of the films Kaathal the Core, Neymar and Athiradi, and Arun Anirudhan, who is the co-writer of the films Minnal Murali, Padayottam and Athiradi. It is reported that Basil Joseph is preparing a superhero subject for Allu. The film is produced by Geetha Arts, owned by Allu's father, Allu Aravind.

Allu Arjun, who is currently working on Atlee's Raaka, will complete the film by December. The film also includes Deepika Padukone, Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles. This is Allu Arjun's 22nd film and Atlee's sixth film. Apart from that, this movie will be the highest budget project till now in both Allu and Atlee's careers. Along with Basil, Lokesh Kanagaraj's film and Pushpa 3 are on cards for the pan-Indian superstar.
