MUMBAI: Indian cricket team vice-captain Hardik Pandya was described as the second Kapil Dev at the beginning of his career. The player's on-field performance did justice to this epithet up to a point. Pandya rose to the status of the best all-rounder in the country with ease and without any rivals. The player almost cemented his status as the next captain after Rohit Sharma when he left his first IPL team, Mumbai Indians, for Gujarat Titans and made them winners and runners-up. But now the all-rounder is facing an unparalleled crisis on the field and in his personal life.

The rumours of his divorce with his wife Natasha Stankovic has been a major topic on social media for the past few days. Only four years have passed since Hardik's marriage with the Serbian model and actor. They have a four-year-old son, Agastya Pandya. But, neither Hardik Pandya nor Natasha Stankovic has yet officially commented on the divorce. Recent pictures of Natasha with her ex-boyfriend have added credence to the divorce news.

There were also reports that Hardik would have to pay 70 percent of his assets as alimony if the marriage was dissolved. Hardik Pandya and Natasha Stankovic met for the first time in 2019 at a night club. Later the friendship between the two turned into love. Soon the two were in a live-in relationship. Natasha was pregnant with Hardik's baby even before they officially got married in 2020. The marriage of the couple took place in simply manner as per the Hindu-Christian custom. The baby was born right after the marriage. In 2023, the couple also hosted a luxurious marriage.

It all started when Natasha recently removed the surname Pandya from her Instagram account. Fans confirmed that they had broken up after Natasha was not seen at the IPL venues. People also pointed to the fact that the two do not post pictures together on social media. Also, Natasha has deleted the old posts with Pandya except a photo with their son Agastya. It is also alleged that neither Pandya nor Natasha tag or include their partner in their Instagram posts or stories.

Hardik did not post anything on March 4, Natasha's birthday.. Ever since Hardik Pandya replaced Rohit Sharma as the captain of IPL team Mumbai Indians, the fans have also given up on him.
