Famous actress Sruthi's bodybuilder husband dies at 30

CHENNAI: Tamil actress Shruthi Shanmughapriya’s husband Arvind Sekhar passed away on Saturday after suffering from a tragic heart attack at the young age of 30. Arvind suffered a heart attack on Wednesday and was rushed to a hospital where he was undergoing treatment.

The couple had been covertly dating for many years and decided to tie the knot only in May 2022. Sruthi debuted in Thirumuruganâs ‘Nathaswaram’ daily sitcom and has since appeared in many serials, including ‘Vani Rani’, ‘Kalyana Parisu’, Ponnunchal, and Bharathi Kannamma.

Arvind was a bodybuilder and a weight loss coach. However, many accusations regarding the death have surfaced on social media and the actress herself came with a request to all followers on Instagram to not resort to blame-gaming or surmises in these difficult times. Arvind had a huge following on Instagram and it still remains a shock for his close admirers about how a man with such adept upkeep in fitness and diet, suffer such a tragic heart attack.
