Malayali nursing student dies in Mysuru after tipper lorry hits two-wheeler

MYSURU: A Malayali nursing student was killed after a tipper lorry hit her two-wheeler. The dead is 20-year-old Aleena Susan Anu, daughter of Anu Mathew of Omallur in Pathanamthitta and Lincy Susan Anu. She was a third-year student of a private nursing college in Mandya.

A tipper lorry hit the vehicle in which Aleena and her friend were travelling on the service road yesterday morning. Her friend escaped with injuries. Aleena’s body was taken home after the postmortem. Her body will be laid to rest after her parents, who are in Saudi Arabia, reach home today. Her brother is Alan Anu.
