Woman lodges complaint after husband forces her to strip naked in front of his friends

AHMEDABAD: In an unusual complaint lodged with the police, a woman from Dehradun alleged that her husband, who is a pilot, asked her to strip in front of her friends and brutally beat her when she objected. The woman is a VFX artist. The couple got married in 2019 after dating for eight years. The woman says that her husband's torture started after marriage.

According to the woman, while she was staying in Kolkata and Mumbai for work, her husband used to organize parties at home. She said that these parties were aimed at her. Her husband's friends used to attend these parties. The party will feature a game of truth or dare. The participants should tell the truth about something that has been hidden for a long time, or obey the game participants. The dare given to man was to make his wife strip in front of friends. As she refused this, her husband would start beating her. Unable to bear the harassment, the woman complained with the police.

The 35-year-old woman has worked as a VFX artist in several Bollywood films.
