KASARGOD: A barber shop was vandalized after a migrant barber tried to abuse a second-class boy, who came for a haircut. The incident happened at Chanthera in Kasaragod. The locals vandalized the shop located near the Maniyat Masjid.

The 17-year-old barber tried to abuse the boy when he came to the shop for a haircut with his dad. After making the boy sit in the shop, his father went to the nearby shop. The barber tried to abuse the boy at this time. When the boy yelled, the locals along with his father rushed and handed him over to the police. They later vandalized the shop. The police have registered a case against three known people.
