THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Beena, mother of Dr Robin Radhakrishnan, Bigg Boss fame and who contested the assembly polls as BJP candidate, died Friday early morning. She has been battling cancer for quite some time. She died after her condition deteriorated. Dr Robin Radhakrishnan shared the demise of his mother via a post.

‘On March 25, 2026, our beloved Amma was diagnosed with Stage IVB endometrial carcinoma. From that day onwards, life became a journey filled with countless hospital visits, treatments, pain, uncertainty, and endless prayers. Yet through every challenge, she showed extraordinary strength, courage, and grace. She fought this battle with unwavering determination, never allowing her illness to define her spirit.

Her resilience inspired everyone around her. Even on the most difficult days, she faced each moment with hope, love, and remarkable dignity. She taught us the true meaning of courage--not by never feeling fear, but by choosing to keep going despite it.

After a brave and unforgettable fight, Amma peacefully left us at 1:00 am on July 3, 2026. Though cancer claimed her body, it could never conquer her strength, her love, or the legacy she leaves behind.

She will forever remain in our hearts as a symbol of unconditional love, resilience, and selfless sacrifice. Her memories will continue to guide us, and her love will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
