The rate is Rs 100 per car, Rs 170 for small commercial vehicles and Rs 345 for buses for one way. The increase is Rs 10 for cars and commercial vehicles and Rs 25 for buses and trucks. National Highways Authority of India approved the new increase in rates.
Multi-axle vehicles will have to pay Rs 550 per one-way. There is an increase of Rs 35 from the current amount. It will be Rs 825 (old Rs 775) for a two-way journey. Therefore, it has been indicated that the High Court's directive will come into effect only as per the directive. The fare will be increased in September based on the basic toll rate and the country's wholesale price index. Currently, the collection is being done at the 2024 rate.
