Three-year-old girl dies after falling from dining table in Kozhikode

KOZHIKODE: A three-year-old girl who was undergoing treatment after suffering injuries in a fall from a dining table has died. The incident took place near Ilahiya School in Athani, Kozhikode. The deceased has been identified as Alamkritha, the younger daughter of Subin Prem and Abhirami of Chalakkal.

The child fell from the dining table at around 10.30 am on Wednesday. Family members rushed to the spot after hearing a noise and found her lying unconscious on the floor. She was first taken to a nearby cooperative hospital and later shifted to the Government Medical College Hospital. She passed away in the early hours of Thursday. Aarush is her elder brother.
