Traffic restrictions on Kalady Sree Sankara Bridge for emergency repairs; diversions announced

KOCHI: Traffic will be restricted on the Kalady Sree Sankara Bridge on the MC Road from 10 pm to 6 am, from Thursday to July 25, due to emergency repair works.

Buses and other heavy vehicles travelling from Angamaly via the MC Road must take the Aluva route, reach Perumbavoor, and then continue their journey along the MC Road. Vehicles travelling in the opposite direction should also use the same diversion.

Light vehicles travelling from Muvattupuzha and Perumbavoor to Cochin International Airport should turn left at Vallam Junction and take the Vallam–Parappuram Bridge–Puthiyedam Junction–Kanjoor route.
