THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The sexual allegation case against actor Siddique, registered under sections 376 and 506 of IPC is going out of bounds. The evidence collected from the hotel and attempts to strengthen the case will probably lead to the first major arrest in the sexual allegations spree that rocked Kerala in the last few days.

  • Circumstantial evidence was confirmed against Siddique in the complaint of the young actress, who alleged that she was called to Mascot Hotel, locked up and tortured.

  • After receiving the copy of the secret statement given by the actress in the court, it has been decided to proceed with Siddique's arrest.

  • The hotel records confirmed Siddique’s presence in the room on January 28, 2016. The preview of the movie was held in Nila theatre on the same day.

  • The actress said that after signing the visitor's register, she went to Siddique's room on the first floor.

  • The hotel officials informed police that the register was kept at the KTDC headquarters. Officials requested this to be produced at the earliest.

  • Due to a software update in 2018, the digital evidence in the booking and billing system will not be available anymore.

  • A manual register containing complete details of the residents will be collected. The statement of the employees who worked on that day will be taken.

  • Mobile location of both complainant and accused during that day will be collected. The statement of the parents of the actress will also be taken.
