THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A bus of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) rammed into a shop Tuesday morning. The bus rammed into a lottery shop near the Pappanamcode bus depot this morning at 6.30. The bus driver and the conductor suffered serious injuries.

While taking the vehicle out for service, it lost control and rammed into the shop. The bus caused the accident by breaking the barricades. Scooters parked nearby were also damaged. There were no passengers in the bus.

The bus rammed near a disabled newspaper vendor. Seeing the bus losing control, he moved from there and so had a narrow escape. The shopkeeper said the bus came at a high speed. KSRTC employees reached the spot. The bus will be shifted to the depot soon.
