KK Rema testifies in court against Sachin Dev in defamation case

KOZHIKODE: MLA KK Rema testfied in the court against Sachin Dev MLA and CPM mouthpiece Desabhimani in a defamation case. The case was adjourned to 30 for further evidence including examination of witnesses.

Rema testified before Chief Judicial Magistrate VG Biju in two petitions filed against Sachin Dev, Desabhimani Chief Editor Puthalath Dinesan and Printer and Publisher KJ Thomas. On March 15, Rema was injured when security personnel stopped opposition MLAs from protesting inside the Assembly. The next day, Desabhimani gave a news that Rema's 'injury' and bandage was a drama. Sachin Dev posted, on March, took to Facebook to mock Rema.
