Malayali audiences are yet to recover from the shock of the demise of renowned actor Kundara Johny. Now, Johny's colleague and friend Mohan Jose has come up with a Facebook post sharing his memories about Johny. In his Facebook post, Mohan Jose wrote that Johnny was the epitome of innocence. Mohan Jose also recollected the days he spent with Johny in Madras.

'I first met Johny when I went to the RK Lodge in Chennai to see if there was any vacant room there. Later, we worked together in films such as 'Nyaayavidhi', '1921', 'Bhargavacharitham' etc. Johny was the strongest among Malayalam actors. He used to easily open the cap of beer bottles with his fingers. I have never seen Johny without a pleasant smile on his face. He used to take me to his house several times. He was the epitome of innocence,' Mohan Jose wrote.

Johny was laid to rest at the cemetery of the ST Antony's church in Kanjirakkode yesterday evening. A large crowd. including many priests. took part in the funeral ceremonies. Thousands of people from various spheres of life had come to pay tributes to Johny.
