THRISSUR: While inaugurating the concluding ceremony of the state-level 'pattayam' distribution organized as part of the government's 2nd-anniversary celebrations, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that he is checking whether the unused land held by various departments can be distributed to the landless.
