'Narendra Modi is an excellent statesman', says PS Sreedharan Pillai

GOA: Goa Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a remarkable statesman during the release of the book 'Mann Ki Baat, Amrithamanasam'. The event hosted at the Goa Raj Bhavan Durbar Hall featured a Malayalam summary of Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' speeches published by Kerala Kaumudi.

Governor Pillai emphasized the distinction between ordinary politicians' power-centric activities and the visionary actions of a statesman focused on the nation and future generations. He described the Prime Minister as a populist politician and a shrewd statesman as evident from the articles in 'Mann Ki Baat'.

The function was chaired by Kerala Kaumudi Deputy Editor AC Reji with felicitations presented to notable figures including Dr KV Subhash Tanthri Gurunathan, socio-cultural activist Samad Naripatta, Murali Brand Managing Partner Areekkal Akshay Murali, GITD and Susrutha Ayurveda Health Solutions Managing Director Sreekumar L and Theochan Charitable Trust Chairman Roy P Theochan. Governor Pillai honoured them with mementoes. Welcoming the attendees was Kerala Kaumudi Kozhikode Unit Chief MP Shyamkumar while Kaumudi TV North Zone Head Rajeesh KV extended vote of thanks.
