Young vlogger found murdered in Bengaluru, boyfriend suspected

BENGALURU: The body of a 25-year-old woman from Assam, Maya Gogoi, a vlogger and private company employee, was found with multiple stab wounds in a service apartment in Indira Nagar. The Bengaluru police have launched a manhunt for the prime suspect, identified as Aarav Harni, a native of Kannur and reportedly the young woman's boyfriend.

CCTV footage revealed Maya and Aarav entering the apartment together, according to police sources. Investigations suggest that Aarav murdered Maya on Sunday and remained in the apartment with her body until Tuesday morning before fleeing the scene.

Maya, known for her popular YouTube videos on fashion and food, was stabbed multiple times in the chest. Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) D. Devaraj stated that efforts to locate and apprehend Aarav are underway.
