LOS ANGELES: Spain comfortably booked their place in the FIFA World Cup Round of 16 following a dominant 3-0 victory over Austria in their Round of 32 clash on Thursday.

Mikel Oyarzabal starred with a fine brace, opening the scoring in the 36th minute before adding his second in the 89th. Pedro Porro netted Spain's second goal in the 66th minute to firmly put the match out of Austria's reach.
