Tamil music composer Anirudh Ravichander and Sunrisers Hyderabad CEO Kavya Maran will get married in Greece on November 11. Telugu and Tamil media outlets report that a wedding reception will be held on November 21 at a five-star hotel in Chennai. However, the wedding date and the details of the ceremonies are yet to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, images emerged showing Kalanithi Maran—father of the bride and Chairman of the Sun Group—along with his wife, Kavery Maran, meeting with Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at the latter's residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, on Friday.

It is understood that the business tycoon extended an invitation to the Chief Minister and his wife for their daughter’s wedding. Reports also indicate that invitations have been extended to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, as well as former Chief Minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin.

In an interview, Anirudh’s uncle—actor Y.G. Mahendran—said he had heard the two would marry in June 2026. This caused rumours to intensify, and since then, the internet has never been short of news connecting these two.

35-year-old Anirudh, who gained prominence through films like 'Jawan', 'Jailer', and 'Jailer 2', is one of Indian cinema's leading music directors. The music and background score (BGM) he composed for his latest release, 'Jailer 2', are receiving thunderous applause in theatres.
