Chinese troops block Indian Army patrol along LAC in Arunachal Pradesh

ITANAGAR: Reports claimed that an Indian Army patrol was blocked by Chinese troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh. The incident took place in the Taksing area of Upper Subansiri district. According to media reports, patrol teams from India and China came face to face in a disputed area towards the end of July.

Unconfirmed reports also suggest an increased presence of China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) near grazing grounds traditionally accessed by local Indian herders in Taksing. The Indian Army has not yet issued any official confirmation regarding the incident.
