NEW DELHI: In a disturbing incident that raised eyebrows, a Manipuri musician was beaten to death just outside his apartment in the national capital. Eight people were creating issues following a drunken brawl outside Vikram Singh's house on Monday. It was found that all of them are workers at roadside dhabas.
