Discomfort after having fish curry and toddy, one dies, five hospitalized 

KOTTAYAM: A youth died of suspected food poisoning soon after having food from a toddy shop. The dead is Jyothish of Choolabhagom in Kumarakom. Five of his friends who had food with him are undergoing treatment in the hospital.

The youth developed discomfort soon after having fish head curry and toddy from a shop in Aymanam. They were hospitalized following vomiting and stomach pain. One is in the ICU and the others are in the ward. The police have registered a case of unnatural death.
