THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rain in Kerala for the next five days. A yellow alert has been issued in various districts. Kannur and Kasaragod are on yellow alert today. There is a possibility of isolated heavy rain. Heavy rain is defined as a situation where 64.5 mm to 115.5 mm of rain is expected in 24 hours.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has informed that there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms and strong winds with a speed of 30-40 kmph in isolated places in Kerala today (26/07/2026) and tomorrow (27/07/2026).
