Woman injured in Parassala after rock falls on top of washroom 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A woman sustained injuries after a rock fell on top of her house. The incident happened at Palukal in Thiruvananthapuram. The injured has been identified as Rajakumari aged 50.

The rock fell when she entered the washroom outside her house at 5.30 am. She tried to escape but was trapped under the rock. Hearing the sound of the rock falling, her family and locals rushed to the spot and tried to save her but failed.

Later, the fire force reached the spot and rescued her. She was later shifted to Parassala Government Hospital. She sustained injuries on her leg and her condition is stated to be stable.
