KOTTAYAM: Renu Sudhi, who is undergoing cancer treatment, is receiving PICC line therapy at Kottayam Medical College. The procedure helps provide relief to patients who find the pain of chemotherapy difficult to tolerate. A PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) line is a special catheter inserted through a major blood vessel in the arm. It allows medicines to be delivered directly into the bloodstream. The procedure reduces the need for repeated needle pricks and makes long-term treatment safer and more comfortable.

A few days ago, Renu revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer. She said the disease is in the third stage and has affected her heart muscles and lungs. She also shared that she is going through serious health challenges and difficult treatment. Renu said that her treatment requires a large amount of money. However, she clarified that she has not authorised anyone to collect donations on her behalf. She requested those who wish to support her to contact her manager Karishma directly through the number provided on her official page.
