‘UDF will get more than 100 seats’; CPM are like vultures, says V D Satheesan

KOCHI: Opposition leader V D Satheesan said the UDF will get more than 100 seats in the assembly elections. He also pointed that there is a pro-UDF wave stronger than even in 2001.

‘The chief minister need not worry about the result in my constituency. It is a constituency that has elected me for 25 years. It holds the rare record of increasing the majority every time. The chief minister is the one who has told the most lies during election time.

The claim that the Muslim League will exert pressure is a false propaganda. This time, the League had not demanded even a single extra seat. In fact, the Congress has received three additional seats.

The CPM activists are like vultures. They are using the Wayanad rehabilitation issue as a weapon against the Congress to cover up the martyr fund scam,” criticized Satheesan.
