Megastar's phone call to Palakkad UDF candidate while filing nomination papers; Video goes viral

PALAKKAD: Palakkad UDF candidate Ramesh Pisharody was busy with preparations to file the election nomination when he received a surprise video call from the megastar of Mollywood. Mammootty conveyed his wishes to Pisharody through a video call. Mammootty's unexpected call during the campaign created a lot of excitement among the workers.

The phone call boosted the spirits of workers and Pisharody. The Palakkad candidate, who arrived to file his nomination papers, was received by Shafi Parambil MP with a shawl.

Pisharody, who was amidst the crowd at the time, suddenly noticed the call from a megastar on his phone. Pisharody immediately answered the call and showed Mammootty the large crowd around him. Seeing Mammootty on the phone screen, the workers excitedly shouted and waved. The video of this is going viral on social media.
