LEH: Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) soldiers on Tuesday braved freezing temperatures to march with the national flag in Ladakh on the occasion of the 72nd Republic Day. They waved the Tricolour at high altitudes and frozen water bodies in Ladakh.

A battalion of ITBP jawans marched with the Indian national flag on a frozen water body in Ladakh to celebrate the Republic Day.

Another battalion of ITBP soldiers, including both men and women, were seen celebrating the 72nd Republic Day at a high-altitude border outpost in the union territory.

On the eve of Republic Day on Monday, 17 ITBP personnel were awarded police service medals in various categories.
